Every show's listing on edfringe.com gives its venue, and the Fringe Box Office at 180 High Street books every show: online at any hour, and by phone and in person once the programme is out.

The Fringe Society's closing figures for 2026 count 4,232 shows giving 61,277 performances across 306 venues over 25 days. Its programme launch in June had counted 258 venues; shows keep registering up to and during the festival, so the number grows through the summer. Street performers, buskers and street artists, 334 of them in 2026, play the Royal Mile and the Mound Precinct as the Fringe Street Events.
Booking, and finding your venue
The Fringe Box Office at 180 High Street sells tickets for every show at the Fringe. Online booking at edfringe.com runs 24 hours a day, and once the programme launches in June the box office also takes bookings by phone and in person. Every show is e-ticketed, and shows booked together share one QR code. The 80th Fringe runs from 6 to 30 August 2027.
